Little League "Right Fielder "Statue Unveiled at Historic Bowman Field

Bases Loaded Project Right Fielder Statue Unveiled at BB&T Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field

Williamsport, PA - The Lycoming County Visitors Bureau is pleased to share that its fourth installment for the Bases Loaded statue project was unveiled Thursday August 10 at 4:00PM at BB&T Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field. This statue is the right fielder which will be the first outfield position introduced to the project.

Brief comments were provided prior to the statue unveiling by Jason Fink - Williamsport Chamber of Commerce Executive Vice-President, Gabe Sinicropi - Crosscutters Vice President of Marking and Customer Relations, and Doug Estes - Crosscutters Vice President, General Manager. Underwriting for this year’s statue was provided by the Williamsport Crosscutters.

Previous statue locations include Market Square, Trade and Transit Centre II Plaza and Original Little League complex. The Bases Loaded statue project was started in 2014 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Little League Baseball. It will culminate in 2021 with the 75th anniversary of the Little League World Series.
