Mid-Atlantic Region Wins United States Championship Again!

US World Series Champions
Southeast was never able to get over the hump and overcome its troubles against Mid-Atlantic on Saturday, as Southeast fell 4-2 at Lamade Stadium after falling behind by four runs in the fourth inning.

We won!
Southeast scored two runs in the sixth on a two-run home run by Zach McWilliams. Still, Southeast couldn't catch Mid-Atlantic.

RESULTS: Little League Baseball® World Series

Michael Mancini coming out after 4 2/3 innings
Michael Mancini racked up 11 strikeouts in the Mid-Atlantic win. Mid-Atlantic's pitcher gave up just one hit over 4 2/3 shutout innings.

McWilliams racked up two RBIs on one hit for Southeast. He homered in the sixth inning.

Introduction of players
Brock Duffer took the loss for Southeast. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed four runs.

Mid-Atlantic never trailed after scoring four runs in the fourth on three singles.
