Pennsylvania's Red Land Little League is the US World Series Champions
South Williamsport, PA - Mid-Atlantic outlasted Southwest on Saturday after five lead changes, squeaking out a 3-2 win at Lamade Stadium.

Mid-Atlantic finally managed to grab the lead after a strong sixth inning. Mid-Atlantic scored on an RBI single by Chayton Krauss off Marco Gutierrez, bringing home Braden Kolmansberger.

Jaden Henline was hot from the plate for Mid-Atlantic. Henline went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Cole Wagner baffled Southwest, striking out 11 batters. Wagner allowed two earned runs on three hits and one walk over 5 2/3 innings.

Despite the loss, Southwest's Ryan Farmer dominated Mid-Atlantic's batters, giving up three runs and striking out six.

Henline got the win for Mid-Atlantic. He pitched one-third shutout innings. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Farmer was charged with the loss.

The bottom of the first saw Mid-Atlantic take an early lead, 1-0. A solo home run by Wagner started the inning off.

Mid-Atlantic scored one run of its own in the fourth. Mid-Atlantic scored on a solo home run by Henline.
