South Williamsport, PA - The bats were busy at Lamade Stadium on Sunday, and when the dust cleared Mid-Atlantic had a 9-8 win over Southeast in six innings.

The teams banged out 18 hits hits between them, as well as seven for extra bases.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the sixth, with three lead changes.

Mid-Atlantic pulled out the win thanks to a strong sixth inning. Mid-Atlantic scored on a two-run double by Jaden Henline off David Clark, bringing home Adam Cramer and Braden Kolmansberger.

Kaden Peifer reached base two times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the sixth inning.

Alex Edmondson racked up three RBIs on one hit for Southeast. He homered in the fourth inning.

Henline recorded the win for Mid-Atlantic. He allowed four runs over one inning. Henline struck out two, walked one and gave up four hits.

Ryan Soug was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed three runs.

Mid-Atlantic jumped out to an early 5-0 lead in the bottom of the first. Mid-Atlantic caught fire after Kolmansberger singled. Then Ethan Phillips doubled, bringing home Kolmansberger, Cole Wagner and Henline. Mid-Atlantic then tacked on more runs when Walter scored on an RBI double by Chayton Krauss and Krauss scored on an RBI single by Cramer.
