An ace performance by Wei Hung Chou led Asia-Pacific to a 5-0 win in six innings over Europe-Africa on Monday at Volunteer Stadium.

Chou struck out 14, paving the way for a Asia-Pacific win. Asia-Pacific's pitcher gave up just one hit over six shutout innings.

Asia-Pacific scored three runs in the first inning to build an early lead. Asia-Pacific scored in the first on an RBI double by Chou, an error, and a wild pitch.

Asia-Pacific was led by Chou's hitting. Chou went 2-3, drove in one and scored two runs.
